The City of Orono is not immune <br /> fror� attack with respect to its riaintenance of <br /> a private nuisance at the Sandy Beach. The <br /> �etitioners have decided to �aait until r�idsuramer <br /> to see if the problems dramatically decrease <br /> as the Council suggested they would upon proper <br /> enforcement of the Sandy Beach area. If those <br /> problems are not resolved by that time, further <br /> action against the City will be necessary.
