Individual se�•�er connections to municipal sanitary sewer. 2. Traffic light near school. 3. Community septic system in Stubbs Bay Area to correct existing problems. . 4 . Planning (Comprehensive Plan) 5. Administration of Projects � 6. Upgrading of municipal buildings. Mayor Van Nest comMented that it appeared that the raonies available, approximately $59, 976, should be used for: l. Comprehensive Planning and administration costs. 2. Comprehensive Sewer Plan 3. Dutch elm removal for the elderly on fixed incomes 4. Street paving After all persons present had an opportunity to be heard, the public hearing was closed at 7: 25 P.M. Paurus moved, P4ayour Van Nest seconded, to approve the expenditure of approximately $59 , 976 , Block Grant Funds, for the above stated purposes and requested the City Administrator to prepare � resolution for the next Council meeting. t�otion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) .
