RipraP, If riprapping is undertaken, we <br /> recommend that a maximum slope of 2: 1 be <br /> used. Riprapping will require the removal of <br /> the existing seawall, and will also eliminate <br /> a portion of the marsh area on the west side <br /> of the lagoon. <br /> C. Re�air existing seawall. Portions of the <br /> existing seawall are in poor structural <br /> condition, but it would appear that the wall <br /> can be renovated. Some deadmen anchors will <br /> need to be replaced and all of these are <br /> located on the City' s property. Portions of <br /> the wall will need replacement and in a few <br /> locations, this will only involve the replace- <br /> ment of waters. - <br /> Our understanding is that any improvement must be <br /> satisfactory to all members of Walter' s Port <br /> Improvement and Maintenance Association.
