IIork' s NORTH SHORE DRIVE MARIN� <br /> attorney, the agreement reached last fall for FENCIrdG <br /> installing a fence, which states: <br /> "This authorization is given provided that land- <br /> scaping and installation of shrubberv reflected in <br /> Exhibit B, and other screening measures as may be <br /> reasonably required by the City of Orono be <br /> implemented as soon as is reasonably practicable <br /> but in any event the required screening must be <br /> commenced by September 15, 1977 and completed by <br /> October 15, 1977, if at all possible. Hork shall <br /> use his best efforts to install the required <br /> fencing immediately and in any event shall <br /> commence installation by September 15, 1977 and <br /> conplete installation by September 30 , 1977, if <br /> at all possible. It is understood that the fencing <br /> is the primary screening device and that shrubbery <br /> will be secondary, i.e. will be rec�uired where the <br /> fence does an incomplete job of screening. The <br /> fence shall be opaque, made of wood or some other <br /> material meeting the approval of the City building <br /> inspector, and shall be ten feet in height along <br /> the side lot lines and six feet in height along <br /> the front lot line. In the case of adjoining <br /> landowners who, for various reasons , do not want <br /> the fence installed, the City shall make the final <br /> detez-r.iination of whether a fence shall be rec�uired.
