It has come to my attention that garbage, a <br /> mattress and other junk was also burned. This is a violation of <br /> State law. The Pollution Control Agency allows the City of Orono <br /> to issue burning permits under their rules. This is a privilege <br /> that most communities don't allvw their citizens. Therefore, I <br /> am issuing you a warning citation. I would also like to inform <br /> you that your permit is now expired and burning permits wi 11 no <br /> longer be issued to you.
