� <br /> r . <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> � CITY of ORONO <br /> � � <br /> ��� �G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> 9k'ESKo4' NO. 3161 <br /> 1� RBSOLDTION DETSRMINING THAT THS PROPffitTY AT <br /> 370 LEAF STREET SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER UNIT <br /> AS PART OF THE STQBBS BAY SSWSR PROJEG'P <br /> WS$REAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WH$R$AS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br /> the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br /> the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 370 Leaf Street <br /> is located; and <br /> � WHER$AS, the property at 370 Leaf Street is located in <br /> the RR-1B zoning district and consists of three individual <br /> commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers <br /> 04-117-23 23 0004, 04-117-23 23 0005, and 04-117-23 23 0006, also <br /> known as that part of Lot 27, Auditor's Subdivision No. 230, <br /> lying north of the south 175 feet thereof; and <br /> WHER$AS, these three referenced tax parcels in total <br /> contain an area of approximately 1.5 acres, less than the 2.0 <br /> acres required in the RR-1B zoning district for a single building <br /> site; and <br /> WH$R$AS, the three parce 1 s as a group have been used in <br /> the past and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a <br /> single building site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing residence is located primarily <br /> on PIN number 04-117-23 23 0004. <br /> NOW, TH$R$FOR$, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of <br /> the City of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed <br /> and one sewer stub provided for this group of three parcels, said <br /> sewer unit assessment to be levied against parcel 04-117-23 23 <br /> 0004. <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
