However, <br /> due to the fact that one officer was to be hired <br /> � in early 1978 and the second was to be hired at <br /> some later unspecified date, we did not apportion <br /> � the total Adopted Budget for the nurpose of <br /> deterr.lining the amounts to be char_ged to those <br /> communities which contract with Orono for police <br /> � service.
