Vetter holds fee title. <br /> The purchase agreement had run out last July. <br /> Mayor Van P1est: We never received application <br /> until last October. <br /> Mr. Cliff French: �^le will proceed with all possible <br /> haste to acquire this property. <br /> Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to table P-ir. Vetter' s <br /> request for a subdivision on Big Island until the <br /> Council meeting of Plarch 13, 1978. Isotion, Ayes (3) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> Note: i�2r. Nelson and P�Ir. Gridley agreed to this in <br /> light of new information. <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning Adminis- SUBDIVISION <br /> trator, entered into the record the following 90 Willow Drive South <br /> information concerning a subdivision for the George #334 <br /> Jackson Construction Company, 90 Willow Drive South, George Jackson Co. <br /> dated Deceriber 5, 1977, which states : <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of <br /> , preliminary plat based on latest recommendation <br /> of the City Engineer. Approved subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> l. Private access road 60' wide with underlying <br /> easement to the City. <br /> 2. Extending 60 ' easement to east boundary of <br /> property for future road if necessary. <br /> 3. Drainage easements as indicated on proposed plat. <br /> 4. Park dedication fee ($250 per lot for 10 lots <br /> equals $2, 500, deduct $500 for two lots paid <br /> with approval of previous Kelly subdivision, <br /> balance due - $2 ,000) . <br /> 5. Title opinion addressed to the City and approved <br /> by the City Attorney. (Continued) <br />
