Gerhardson, Public 4Jorks Coordinator, memo <br /> i dated December 7, 1977: <br /> � On December 7, 1977, I checked with the Tract Index <br /> Department at Hennepin County in reference to the <br /> a Sandy Beach swim area, (P�iaple Place) . <br /> � According to their records, all streets and alleys <br /> were platted and dedicated on Noveriber 6 , 1891 for <br /> � that area. <br /> � I have checked our records to try to determine <br /> � when the extension of P�Iaple Place was dedicated <br /> a public access or a swim area, and can find <br /> A nothing. <br /> � According to Mr. Fred Soule, Program Director of <br /> � the Upper Tonka Council, Inc. , the area was <br /> unofficially dedicated as a swimr,iing beach in 1956- <br /> . 1958 and officially in 1960. <br /> � All of the above information has been passed on to <br /> P4r.
