Your Petitioners, <br /> their children, and their guests, are subjected to <br /> • hearing this type of language at all hours of the <br /> � day and night. <br /> � 3. Youz Petitioners' property is repeatedly tres- <br /> passed upon and their privacy is invaded at all <br /> � hours of the day and night_ As a result, your <br /> � Petitioners have experienced: <br /> � " window peeping; <br /> • broken windows; <br /> • theft of property kept in their yards, <br /> boats, and garages; <br /> • great amounts of litter (e.g. beer cans, <br /> pop bottles, potato chip boxes, <br /> � underwear, feminine sanitary napkins, <br /> broken glass) left in their yards; <br /> intrusions into their mailboxes; <br /> • large dogs brought to the Beach Area <br /> • roaming through their yards and <br /> terrorizing their young children as <br /> well as your Petitioners; <br /> � children riding bicycles through their <br /> yards; <br /> . children getting into your Petitioners' <br /> boats and playing on their docks; <br /> • branches broke off their trees from <br /> _ - children swinging on them; <br /> • automobiles entering their driveways <br /> for "u-turns", and, <br /> • broken yard lights. <br /> .� 9. There are no lifeguards or other supervisory <br /> personnel assigned to the Beach Area. Many <br /> • children are simply dropped off by their parents <br /> • at the Beach Area to remain for the day.
