As the attached operating statements indicate, <br /> the Long Lake and Wayzata Areas apPear to be in <br /> � much better shape financially than the Navarre <br /> Area. However, these statements only cover <br /> • three quarters, and because of the relatively <br /> small amounts of operating income an�� ma;or <br /> � maintenance costs incurred, especialll regarding <br /> water mains, could wipe out entirelv any reserve <br /> hand. <br /> I feel that as the information becomes more <br /> + accurate we will be in a bPtter position to <br /> determine if any rate adjustr►ents are needed <br /> � in the Long Lake and Wayzata service area.
