All three parcels <br /> . would retain water frontage. There are no existing <br /> structures on the property. The abutting land is <br /> � owned by the Iiennepin County Park Reserve Board. <br /> The lo�v or marshy lands along the shore are not <br /> � included in the area calculations. Following items were di�cussed: <br /> � <br /> 1. Flood plain designation <br /> � a. Determined at 932 elevation. <br /> b. P4uch of original tract consists of flood <br /> � plain as a vast area is designated belo�v <br /> � this 932 elevation. <br /> c. Limited area above 932 elevation w�uld <br /> � probably limit the tract to only t��o <br /> buildable sites. <br /> � d. Suggest new proposal noting total areas <br /> above 932 elevation of each individual <br /> i pareel (87, 120 sc�. �t. rec�uired) . <br /> � 2. Soil borings indicating high water table <br /> � a. Evidence of high caater table would indicate <br /> difficulty in designing adequate septic <br /> � systeris in this area. <br /> b. Inadequate septic system design could probably <br /> � prohibit any building on tract. <br /> c.
