Earl Earl Pike <br /> � Pike' s property at 830 [7indjammer Lane, three <br /> � items were not corrected to his satisf_action. The <br /> driveway has developed abnormal cracks in the <br /> � bituminous overlay; water collects and stands <br /> in a swale at the turnaround, and a tree that was <br /> � replaced did not survive. <br /> � I have reviewed their claim and do agree that the <br /> . claim is valid. It is my opinion that the driveway <br /> and turnaround can be repaired for $450 and the <br /> � tree can be replaced for $125. <br /> w Because of the threat of bad weather almost upon <br /> us, I suggested a cash settlement to P4r.
