They introduced therlselves <br /> � and gave a brief fanily history. Explained to <br /> Planning Commission tliis was first venture into <br /> � kennel operations. Assured Comrlission they would <br /> # limit the operation to a maximum of 60 dogs. <br /> a They also agreed to the stipulation that the <br /> establishnent designate certain day-tir.le hours <br /> � of operation to elininate the suspicions of the <br /> operation by many of our residents. The Fulr.�ers <br /> � also agreed to cornply �•lith any reasonable conditions <br /> the City might consider necessary after the public <br /> '� hearing scheduled for November 7, 1977. <br /> �No definite action could be taken until the public <br /> � hearing is held, but the consensus appeared to be <br /> somewhat favorable. <br /> S <br /> Planning Cor.lmission PSeeting - Nover_lber 7, 1977 <br /> � <br /> Dr. Fulmer, P4r. & PZrs. Brian Fulmer presented <br /> � their proposal. Angie Koenig and Dick Selhost <br /> • were also present. They o�•an Parcel 2450 which is <br /> located south of the subject property, but is <br /> � divided by the Luce Line Trail. Applicant <br /> reaffirr.led previous stater.lents : <br /> � <br /> l. Boarding operations. <br /> � 2 . Reasonable hours of operation - open to public <br /> and staff for observation and inspection. <br /> � 3. P�Iaximuri of 60 dogs.
