Cit�� Acirlinistrator <br /> Benson presented the P�Iotice of Public Iiearinc�, <br /> the Affidavit of Publication and the Certif_icate <br /> of P4ailing. PZayor Van Nest requested coru�ents <br /> fror� the public present. Garv Cheswick �aent to the trouble of finding <br /> r_Zy home+ telephone nurlber and calling to noti�y <br /> r1e that damage had been done to our equipr.lent. <br /> He also followed throuqh with what must have been <br /> a ver_y thorough investigation anc� called r1e <br /> later in the afternoon to let r.ie kno�•� that the <br /> persons responsible had been .found. <br /> I think Iir. Cheswic}; did an excellent �ob and with <br /> rnore of this type of cooperation fror_1 local law <br /> enforcer_�ent it will definitelv helo reduce the <br /> price that propert1 owners r.tust nay for inProve- <br /> ments as these vandalism costs are passed on as a <br /> portion of_ our overhead cost.
