� . <br /> � <br /> � O� <br /> O O <br /> °e- � � � CITY of ORO�O <br /> � � <br /> �� G'� / RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �`�kEsxo�� No. 4 � ��� � <br /> � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZOIVING CODE <br /> SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 <br /> FILE NO. 2442 <br /> `VHEREAS, Tony Eiden Company (hereinafter "the applicant") is the owner of <br /> the property located at 345 Leaf Street w•ithin the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City") and <br /> le�ally described as follows: <br /> the East 310 feet of Lot 12 and the East 310 feet of the North 124.7 feet of Lot <br /> 13, Auditor's Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br /> "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in accordance v�zth Minnesota <br /> Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing on November 16, 1998, at which times all persons desiring to be heard <br /> concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance from Municipal <br /> Zoning Code Section 10.23, Subdivision 6 to allow renewal for a lot area variance for an <br /> existing lot of record 77,039 sq. ft. (1.77 acres) in area where 2 acres is required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> 1�linnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was revie�ved as Zoning File #2442. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-lA Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> Zoning District where 2 acres or 87,120 sq. ft. is the minimum lot azea. The <br /> property consists of 1.77 acres or 77,039 sq. ft. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on November 16, <br /> 1998 and recommended approval by a vote of 7 to 0. <br /> Page 1 of 4 <br />
