After much discussion and <br /> � review, the consensus of_ opinion of_ all parties <br /> involved appeared to be locating a r_moorinc� dock at <br /> � the mouth of the channel with access from the short- <br /> • est point on Lot 4. (Exhibit AA) <br /> * Planning Commission,acting on guidance from Council, <br /> recorunended approval of a dock to the channel to <br /> � provide lake access for the six necv lots resulting <br /> from the subdivision subject to the following <br /> � conditions: <br /> 1. tsooring dock to be located on west banY. of <br /> • channel comriencing at the mouth of the channel <br /> and extending a maximum .of 180 f_t. up the channel. <br /> � 2. Pdaximum width extension of mooring dock into <br /> ,� channel water�,�ay limited to 30 inc�ies. <br /> � 3. Shortest possible access dock extending �rom <br /> Lot 4 to north end of mooring dock. <br /> • <br /> • 4. Construction in winter to minimize effect on <br /> environment and wildlife. <br /> � 5. Agreeinent to include stronger language regarding <br /> a navigability of channel as suggested by Don <br /> Sjostrom and agreed upon by all other parties. <br /> � <br /> 6.
