The variance re�uest would he 25, 860 s�. .ft. <br /> in area and 40 ft. in width. <br /> � <br /> A residence could be located to meet all setback <br /> • requirements. The area is sewered and assessed. <br /> This is the same general area as the Rudd property <br /> � which was recently approved for two buildinc� sites. ' <br /> � If the variance is approved, we should address the <br /> � access to the propertv, Access to County Road �19 <br /> would be very hazardous. We might consider an <br /> � alternative access from Tonka View.
