<br /> � On tiay 23, 1977, the Orono City Council passed
<br /> �, Resolution #786 concerning the use of the Iw Lane
<br /> Access.
<br /> �
<br /> Item #4 of that resolution states: "The Cit�� Staff
<br /> � shall clean up the Ivy Lane access and remove all
<br /> structures and other unnatural material from the
<br /> r Ivy Lane access. "
<br /> O On June 7, 1977, I made an inspection of the access
<br /> � and found dock sections, boards and old tires laving
<br /> and stacked approximately fifteen or twenty feet
<br /> � from the lakeshore.
<br /> � On June 13, 1977, I contacted t�Lrs. Robin Crawford,
<br /> . who resides at 1540 Long Lake Boulevard, and
<br /> inforned her that if there were any materials at
<br /> � the access that belonged to them to remove them
<br /> �or the City would. She told me she would tell her
<br /> usband about it.
