Residential Dock.The Code dces not permit an accessory structure on a properly without a principal structure. <br /> Once the home is removed the accessory dock may not be re-installed at 1515 Green Trees Road. There is no <br /> way around this requirement. I would suggest that Barbara Burwell propose an amendment to the City's Code <br /> that would permit the owner of one or more lakeshore properties to place residential docks, according to the <br /> LMCD regulations, on the lakeshore of a vacant property so long as there is a principal structure on the adjacent <br /> property in common ownership. I've attached the application for a Ciry Code amendment; the fee for this <br /> � <br />
