(Continued) <br /> `� <br /> � Mr. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning SUBDIVISION <br /> Administrator, entered into the record the 1200 Old Crystal Bay Roa <br /> ` following information concerning the subdivision #261 <br /> request of 315 East Grant Corporation, 1200 Old 315 East Grant Corp. <br /> � Crystal Bay Road, dated September 12, 1977, <br /> • which states: <br /> � Tlie City Council rioved and approved reconsideration <br /> of conditions required as part of preliminary plat <br /> � approval on June 13, 1977. Considered new informa- <br /> tion regarding the French Lake Project and determined <br /> • that access easements were not required at this <br /> • time. Considered applicant' s letter of August 23, <br /> 1977, requesting temporary waiving of sewer unit <br /> � charges, but declined decision until time of final <br /> plat submission. 2ioved and approved prelirlinary <br /> � plat approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> � l. PRoving of the dividing line between Tracts B & C. <br /> 2. Removal of the building remains on Tract B prior <br /> � to final plat. <br /> • 3. County access approval to Tract B. <br /> 4. No new access points to Tracts A or C. <br /> ` 5. Payment of a park dedicaiton fee (min. 3 lots = $750) . <br /> 6. Conservation easement over rnarsh and wetlands. <br /> � 7. Construction on Tract B shall be connected to <br /> the municipal sewer and payment shall be made of one <br /> � additional sewer unit charge at the current rate <br /> of $3, 859.05. Time of payment to be determined <br /> • at time of final plat submission. <br /> ! 8. Provision of an easement for construction of the <br /> dan structure within the County right of way. <br /> � Staff - September 26, 1977 <br /> • This preliminary plat was approved by Council subject <br /> � to several conditions. The applicant requested <br /> ! waiving the required access easement. I believe <br /> the Council waived this condition although I have <br /> � no documentation as the Council minutes have not <br /> yet been approved. <br /> • i4r. David is also requesting deferring the sewer <br /> � unit payment until a hookup is actually made <br /> ($3, $59. 05) . Our policy has been to collect <br /> � these assessments at the time of subdivision. <br /> �All residences in sewered areas are required to <br /> hookup within 16 months as per our ordinance. <br /> � Collecting �S now would eliminate probleris with <br /> future buyers.
