Ryan, l�ir. Carney, and P�Ir. G. Johnson presented <br /> the proposal at the Planning Comr.►ission meeting <br /> � of October 4, 1976. After a lengthy discussion, <br /> the Planning Comriission recommended denial of <br /> � proposed subdivision as applicant could not <br /> • der�onstrate a hardship to justify a substandard <br /> lot (width) .
