Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning VARIANCE <br /> Administrator, entered into the record the 3185 Plorth Shore Drive <br /> � follo��ing r.lemo concerning a lot area and front ##302 <br /> setback variance for Darrell Stewart, 3185 North Darrell Stewart <br /> � Shore Drive, dated August 24 , 1977, which states: <br /> � The applicant is requesting a variance for construction <br /> � of an addition to his existing home which is located <br /> approximately 20 ft. from the County road right <br /> � of way. The proposed addition would not reduce <br /> this setback, but it would follow along the road <br /> � for some 60 ft. at the same 20 ft. setback. The <br /> proposed remodeling would relocate the garage from <br /> � the present location to an area farther east where <br /> . i�here is less of a view obstruction. The new curb <br /> cut would require County approval. The proposal <br /> requires Tracts G & H to be combined, application <br /> for which was made June 9, 1977, as part of the <br /> � previous determination of the buildability of <br /> Tract G. <br /> � <br /> Variance: Lot area required: 43,560 sq. ft.
