As your sewer connection was not <br /> completed, additional notices were sent on December 2, 1993 and January 5, 1994 (enclosures). <br /> Durin� our telephone conversation in January of 1994, I indicated that you could make the <br /> connection to City sewer in th� spring as the connection would be difficult in frozen ground. <br /> A connection deadline of June l, 1994 has been established.
