Thcse rules will directly affect tne activities of the City <br /> wnich works closely with the Depar�ment of Natural Resources <br /> • in coordinating action with respect to various permit matters <br /> govern�d by these rules . <br /> � . � <br /> The present No�ice of Hearing indicated that written � <br /> � r�aterials may be submitted during the five days aiter the clo:,c- <br /> of the hearing.
