" <br /> � End of letter. <br /> � <br /> � Dick �3enson, City Administrator, entered into the CHERRY AVENUE LAKE ACCE� <br /> record a memo from Chief Kilbo concerning the <br /> f► petition of the Cherry Avenue lake access, which <br /> states: <br /> • , <br /> • "I have reviewed the petition dated August 17, 1977 <br /> and I have made an on-site inspection and reviewed <br /> � the police files. <br /> � I found one complaint dated June 8 , 1975 at 01 : 46 A.M. <br /> from Mrs. White of 3908 Cherry Avenue. She reported <br /> � swimmers at the beach. The policeman found four <br /> teenagers leaving the area and informed them there <br /> � was no swimming after 10 : 00 P.M. <br /> � I found another complaint dated July 3, 1976 at <br /> � 11: 14 P.P1. from Howard White of 3908 Cherry Avenue, <br /> regrading swimmers.
