FI9-IER: � . • In resPonse to your assw�tion you noted in your letter of July 27, 1977, the Calvary ?�Semorial Church has not applied for the necessary pennits as I indi- � cated in my two previous letters dated January 26 and July 12, 1977. � Nfy first contact with anyone from the church was July 8 khen I called the pastor with whom I discussed the subject for the first time. After this con- • versation, I wrote to you on July 12, 1977, with a copy to Neil Bergstrom, the Chainnan of the Board of Trustees of the Calvary TSemorial Church. As yet, � I have not received any further comrrnmications. � The City Ordinance does not specifically stipulate whether it's the responsi- � bility of the seller or buyer to apply for permits required by the City. Qur main objective is to maintain order and proper zonirig in the City. The Coimcil � should be infozmed of any change of ownership on properties operating under a conditional use permit. � � • If a change is being considered, an application should be submitted with some additional data for review by Coimcil, Planning Coumission and Staff.
