This resolution is <br /> � similar to the one agreed upon in 1975 and <br /> • contains provisions for dock length, boat <br /> density, landscaping requirements and general <br /> � operational performance standards as required <br /> by the Zoning Code and Chapter 73 of the Municipal <br /> � Code. If resolutions are not executed, <br /> ! resolutions to deny licenses will be prepared <br /> for the September 12, 1977 Council meeting and <br /> � tags will be issued each day thereafter.
