One of these contains the unfinished commercial � building and gas station operation for which he previously obtained a aonditional use permit. � The second parcel contains the structure from • which Mr. Wear is considering auto service and repair and tire sales subject to obtaining a � second conditional use permit. He feels the operation would provide a facility for auto � servicing which would relate with the current gas services on the adjoining lot. He has not � as yet submitted a list of owners within 300 ft. of the subject property. � � Staff - July 27, 1977 Received the certified list of property � owners from Mrs. Wear. � Planning Commission Meeting - August 1, 1977 Discussed this proposed use as an allowed • industrial use, but a conditional B-1 use. Mr. Wear advised Commission that his intention � is that this be a temporary use of the property and that his lease will not have use of the land � to the rear of the building (abutting the neighbors) . � Recommended approval of a one year conditional � use permit (renewal upon application) subject . to the acti~vity being confined wholly within the building. � Council l�ieeting - August 8, 1977 � • Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve the conditional use permit for William t�ear, 2120 , Wayzata Boulevard, per the Planning Commission minutes of August l, 1977.
