Directed the City Attorney to draft a resolution <br /> for the next Council meeting for approval at that <br /> . time. <br /> �Mr. Bob Peterson stated that the design of the house <br /> was laid out to fit the existing contours of the <br /> �property, including Mr. Becker' s land, the heights <br /> and the elevation of the property. It' s damaging <br /> � to go too far back and do too much changing on the <br /> �general layout. - <br /> .Mr. Lauer stated that there were several private access <br /> easements over the lot. <br /> �Bruce P4alkerson stated that the City should investigate <br /> � the extent of the easements and the validity of the <br /> easements. Bruce Malkerson also noted that the ease- <br /> �ments may be invalid and that by having granted so <br /> many easements over the lot, the developer may, in fact, <br /> +have created an outlot for dock use only. Moreover, <br /> � the house may have to be set back from the easements. <br /> �A discussion was held regarding docks and easement to them. <br /> �Acting Mayor Butler withdrew her previous motion. <br /> � aurus moved, Butler seconded, to table the issue <br /> ��arding easements and docks for further investigation <br /> by staff.
