Absent: <br /> . Mayor Van Nest, Councilmemher P�3assengale, and City <br /> Administrator Benson. Also present: Building & <br /> � Zoning Administrator Muhich, Assistant Building & <br /> 7oning Administrator Olson, Attorney P�alkerson, <br /> � Fngineer Frank, and Deputy Clerk Strom. <br /> Councilmember Pesek arrived at 7: 18 P .M. <br /> � <br /> � Acting Mayor Butler announced that this was the PUBLIC HEARING <br /> � ti_me and the place for a public hearing concerning Height of Structures <br /> an amendment to Ordinance No. 177 relating to <br /> � height of certain structures. The Public Hearing <br /> Notice and Affidavit of Publication were presented. <br /> � Acting P-9ayor Butler asked if anyone present wished <br /> to comment on the proPosed amendment. No comments <br /> � from the audience. The public hearing was closed <br /> � at 7 : 21 P.M. <br /> � Due to the fact that four-fifths of the Council <br /> was not present in order for action to be taken, <br /> � the proposed ordinance amendment was tabled until <br /> the regui�x' meeting of August 22 , 1977. <br /> � <br /> � Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to approve the MINUTES <br /> � Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 25 , 1977, <br /> as amended.
