� � ' CITY OF ORONO � Regular Meeting of the Orono Council, 7 : 18 P.M. � August 8 , 1977 � The Orono Council met on the above date with the following members present: Acting Mayor � Butler, Councilmembers Paurus and Pesek. Absent: . Mayor Van Nest, Councilmemher P�3assengale, and City Administrator Benson. Also present: Building & � Zoning Administrator Muhich, Assistant Building & 7oning Administrator Olson, Attorney P�alkerson, � Fngineer Frank, and Deputy Clerk Strom. Councilmember Pesek arrived at 7: 18 P .M. � � Acting Mayor Butler announced that this was the PUBLIC HEARING � ti_me and the place for a public hearing concerning Height of Structures an amendment to Ordinance No. 177 relating to � height of certain structures. The Public Hearing Notice and Affidavit of Publication were presented. � Acting P-9ayor Butler asked if anyone present wished to comment on the proPosed amendment. No comments � from the audience. The public hearing was closed � at 7 : 21 P.M. � Due to the fact that four-fifths of the Council was not present in order for action to be taken, � the proposed ordinance amendment was tabled until the regui�x' meeting of August 22 , 1977. � � Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to approve the MINUTES � Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 25 , 1977, as amended.
