This portion is $250. 00 of the total of $750. 00. � We have negotiated the remainder to bring the total bill to $356.50, that is agreeable to � M.A.P.S.I. In discussing alternatives, it • would appear the attorney fees to bring the case further would be more than the settled claim � amount would be. � I have sufficient monies in the animal control budget to pay this bill. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . � • Dick Benson, City Administrator, informed the SEPTIC SYSTEMS City Council of a letter received from Greg � Frank, City Engineer, dated July 18, 1977, which states: � Attached for your information is a recent � guideline memorandum from the EPA that was • published in the July l, 1977 Federal Register. � Of significance is that the EPA states that a two acre lot rarely results in problems � relative to on-site treatment systems. � I mentioned this memorandum to Mayor Brad Van Nest and he mentioned that he would like � to have a copy forwarded to the Metropolitan , Council. For this reason, I am enclosing several copies.
