Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . . <br /> � <br /> Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into the VARIANCE REVISION <br /> • record the following request for a variance 2314 Shadywood Road <br /> revision for Norman Kuglin, 2314 Shadywood Road, #288 <br /> � dated July 13, 1977, which states: Norman Kuglin <br /> � Mr. Kuglin received a variance on November 22 , <br /> � 1976 , and a building permit (#3450) on January 20, <br /> 1977, based upon the garage location shown on the <br /> � survey marked #196. His request at that time <br /> • was to located the garage on the south side of <br /> the lot. Council minutes of November 22, 1976 <br /> � are included for your reference. <br /> � Since the time of the permit, Mr. Kuglin has <br /> decided that he would like to relocate the garage <br /> � on the north side of the lot, still meeting the <br /> same setbacks as before. Note the survey marked <br /> • #288. He has already graded off this area and <br /> • removed trees. There is a power pole between <br /> this location and the street. Note that the <br /> � north neighbor's house is closer to the Kuglin <br /> property line (and garage location) than the <br /> + south neighbor' s house was. Because of the natural <br /> rise in the ground to the south, this revised <br /> • location would probably provide better sight <br /> lines for a car backing from the garage. <br /> • <br /> � Planning Commission Meeting - July 18, 1977 <br /> � This request is a revision of a similar proposal <br /> approved November 22, 1976. The revised proposal <br /> � indicates a change in the proposed location of <br /> the new garage from the southeast side lot line to <br /> • the northwest side lot line. Planning Commission <br /> recalled the previous proposal. <br /> � <br /> � Mr. Kuglin' s son was present.
