There is an existing garage on
the property very close to the highway. Mr. Uloth
states that his plans are to eventually remove this
and replace it with a new garage north of the house.
I think that we should encourage that plan.
The property is now three separate parcels (Lots 3 & 4,
nd part of Lot 5; and Lot 6 and part of 5) which
hould be combined into one parcel. Lots 1, 2 , 15 & 16
. were the subject of a variance approved in February,
so no additional land is available for this property.
 (Continued)
