Council minutes of January 22, 1973, meeting <br /> � indicate proposal is in keeping with the area. <br /> � r�y research and current maps indicate differently. <br /> � Council Meeting - June 27, 1977 <br /> � P�Iayor Van Nest commented that the City is concerned <br /> that the applicant has relied on a variance granted <br /> � by a previous City Council in 1973. This is a very <br /> ' unigue situation that does not set a precedence to <br /> grant variances for other substandard lots in the <br /> � City of Orono. It is obvious that Mr. Rud has <br /> relied on action which stimulated his purchase of <br /> S the property. <br /> � Mayor Van Nest moved, 2dassengale seconded, to approve <br /> • the reqeust of a variance for T. I;enneth Rud, 4735 <br /> Tonka View Lane, subject to the payment of the park <br /> • dedication fee.
