In <br /> � discussion, Gullickson, Sr, stated that he <br /> wanted a decision on the buildability of his <br /> � Lot 2 . He also stated that Gullickson, Jr, had <br /> � "dropped out" of the application. Gordon Thompson <br /> said that he wanted to take over the application <br /> � on Lot l, but that the application before the <br /> Conmission was not his. Planning Commission <br /> � advised these persons to make official application <br /> to the City with the required documents before <br /> � the Commission would discuss their situation. <br /> ` Planning Commission tabled the application of <br /> , John Gullickson, Jr, for two weeks for hirn to <br /> appear with a purchase agreement for Lot 1 <br /> � sliowing his legal interest therein. <br /> � End of inemos <br /> � <br /> • I�enry I�luhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, RIPRAP PERMIT <br /> read into the record the following information 722 Tonkawa Road <br /> � ior Paul Mason, 722 Tonkawa Road, for riprap: �262 <br /> Paul ?�tason <br /> � This property has an existing deteriorated wood <br /> seawall in front of the large trees along the <br /> w south end of the shoreline and has some concrete <br /> ` debris , or no protection at all, along the <br /> remainder of the shore. The proposed riprap <br /> � would replace the wood wall and would allow <br /> cleaning up of the existing debris. The riprap <br /> � would protect the existing trees and the badly <br /> eroding shoreline. The application has been <br /> � sent to the City Engineer for his comments. <br /> � Planning Commission Meeting - June 6 , 19777 <br /> � Recommended approval pursuant to engineer' s <br /> � report and due to extreme erosion on the property, <br /> subject to using the standard 12" minimum rock <br /> � riprap on the base and subject to the approval <br /> of the other agencies. <br /> � <br /> , Council Meeting - June 13, 1977 <br /> � Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to approve the <br /> riprap permit for Paul Mason, 722 Tonkawa Road, <br /> � per the Planning Commission recommendations <br /> of June 6 , 1977, Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> � <br /> � <br /> � <br /> f <br />
