Suhsequently, it was discovered that <br /> � the owner had retained the meter from the <br /> previous house which had burned down. The <br /> ,� Water Department inspected the old meter and <br /> found it satisfactory. On January 27, 1977, <br /> � the new meter was returned to the City and the <br /> plumber, therefore, requested a refund of the <br /> • $60. 00 cost. <br /> � Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to refund <br /> ,� to A4ark Boeshans, dba Mark's Plumbing, ��Tyoming, <br /> 2�innesota, in the amount of $60.00 for a water <br /> � meter. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, reported to the DETACHMENT <br /> � City Council concerning the detachment request Richard Neslund <br /> , of Richard Neslund, that this matter should be <br /> stricken from the Municipal Board's calendar, <br /> � but stricken with prejudice. <br /> � <br /> Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, reported to the ELWELL vs. ORONO <br /> • City Council the status of the drainage ditch <br /> and culvert under Ferndale Avenue North to the <br /> � Elwell property in Plymouth.
