The <br /> Nehrings did not make any comments at this time. <br /> 1 <br /> Mr. Bruce Malkerson, City Attorney, continued by <br /> � cornmenting on the applicable provisi_ons of the <br /> zoning code. He noted to the City Council and <br /> �' the public t.hat the zoizing code states that animals <br /> • are conditional use in this residential zone and <br /> that the residential lot size be at least two <br /> + acres for every animal unit. An animal unit is <br /> defined as 50 fowl. There must be at least one <br /> � acre for the principal residence and at least one <br /> acre for every ani_mal unit.
