Three Councilmembers had been in Frank' s <br /> building. <br /> � Frank Wagner continued by stating that we have <br /> � ?_50 ' of frontage and have a natural buffer zone <br /> between our property and residential ownership. <br /> ! Market ability will be affected. Rent and leasing <br /> will be affected. Your actions will close us down. <br /> � All the properties concerned have been commercial <br /> since they have been first developed. P�arket values <br /> � will go down.
