(The direction of the Planning Corunission <br /> at the hearing of January 17, 1977 , however, was <br /> , for the group to meet to agree on sone proposed <br /> changes and consider appoint;ng Mr. Kullberg as <br /> � spc�kesr,�an to arrange to meet with the Zoning <br /> Administrator to discuss their concerns so a <br /> � report could be sent to the Council and Planning <br /> Commission members before any upcoming meetings. ) <br /> � <br /> � Af_ter all concerned property owners were heard, <br /> the public hearing was closed. Chairman Hannah <br /> � stated that the Com�-nission appreciated the comments <br /> from the concerned property owners , and that the <br /> � Planning Commission could see their side of <br /> the argument. He also stated that it would be <br /> � of no benefit to continue the public hearing to <br /> another meeting. The Planning Commission would <br /> � make their recommendation to the Council, and <br /> . this matter would be discussed at the Council <br /> meeting of February 14 , 1977. <br /> ` During discussion, the Planning Cor,unission <br /> � indicated some uncertainty due to the lack of <br /> review of the matter, but felt a recommendation <br /> � should be made. They all agreed the zoning <br /> • should restrict any high traffic generating uses <br /> or any spot zoning. The following recommendations <br /> � were r.lade. <br /> � l. Rezone from B-1 to LR-1B the north 20 feet <br /> of the Kelly Avenue Holding Company property <br /> � just south of the corunercial area. <br /> 2.
