City Council that attached are communication Agreement <br /> and site plans for the MTC shelter which is <br /> � to be installed in the parking lot at I:eaveny' s <br /> Navarre Drug. Please refer to the site plan <br /> � dated May 6, 1977. Also attached is the <br /> Agreement between the City and the MTC. <br /> � <br /> • Would you please review, and if no changes are <br /> necessary, please sign and return. MTC will <br /> � obtain the site lease from Mr. Keaveny. Chief <br /> Kilbo and John Gerhardson, Public Works Super- <br /> � visor, met with Mr. Keaveny and it is clear to <br /> all parties their responsibility in regard to <br /> � parking problems. <br /> � Butler moved, Welsh seconded, to approve the <br /> . Agreement with MTC for a bus shelter at <br /> Keaveny' s Navarre Drug. Motion, Ayes (4) - <br /> � Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> Dick Bei:son, City Administrator, stated that ANTI-RECESSION FISCAL <br /> � in the Mayor' s signature packet are two cards ASSISTANCE REPORT <br /> • which are a short report to the Office of <br /> Revenue Sharing. The four questions to be <br /> � answered pertain to �ny increa� �s or decreases <br /> in any tax rates; any decrea,se of employment <br /> � of 5� or more; and any decrease in the total <br /> operating budget of 5% or more. <br /> � <br /> � <br /> The period to be covered by this report is <br /> • November 17, 1976, to March 31, 1977. During <br /> � this time period, the City of Orono initiated <br /> no increases or decreases in any tax and had <br /> � no decrease in employment or in the operating <br /> budget which amounted to 50 or more. <br /> � <br /> � Dick Benson, City Administrator,presented the LIQUOR STORE REPORT <br /> .
