<br /> � to 361�.0 Nortnern Avenue. The people in the cars walk across �
<br /> � . the tracks and into the theater property. Hf8 complaint is not
<br />. the parking, but the diaturbance the people rriake when they leave;

<br /> ' speedway and leaving litter behind. This ususlly happena about
