The driver o�' the vehiele wae etanding in the ticket booth and <br /> � �es PanAech pushed him outside, the party then went into hia car and <br /> tarted . to 3eave. James VanA�ch stated that he told the partiee to wait <br /> �ut they kegt _on going. Jamea VanAsch then reached into the car to turn o�f <br /> the keyo The �car, kept on going draging him with it. <br /> • _ <br />' Talked with the driver of the vehicle, he had contacted Mound Police and <br /> wanted to eign a complaint againat the treatre. Mr Fund stated that they saw a vehicle down in�ront of them <br /> that they thought they knew and they pulled down to the car, it waa not the <br /> �eople they thought it was and then they retLirned to the parking spot. At <br /> that time the younger peraon and another pereon came up 'the car and asked <br /> �or their tickets, they gave t�em the tickete and the one party who stated <br /> �hat he was the manager told them to get out.
