At tne time the film stHrted, it, <br /> in fact, did show a male and fema]_e in a bedroom scene,L_apparen��avi�g <br /> � sexual intercourse wit_z each otner. As the film goes on, it shows the female <br /> = Rettin�out of bed and go_ing to tne bathropm_.where_ she_anp6a_r�_���k _____ <br /> where a voice was coming f'rom, from the lower part of her body, around tne <br /> crotch srea. As the film�roceeds on�_ it snows__tw4 wQme� a__�was r�ort_Q_�__ <br /> before, by Sergeant Burmaster, one woman opening up the underpants of the <br /> !_ otner 1'er;iale and lookin$__down and list_ening_to__the_ crQtcn_area„��stenin� <br /> to a voice coming from it. This again, is repeated in the filr►� of a female <br /> �_ at a��o cn� a�ri_st_�_�____Q1'.£i�� -�h�r_a__��'emale�if�s__up�er__dr�as--Sha]elitlg tl,e <br /> . psychiatrist her crotch area, and again, a voice coming from it. Again, th.rou�hout the <br /> film,_it s;�ows the 1'e�na�e _��a��in��.n__front_ fl��._ssQ�td_Q����l.e_�ti_�h__8— <br /> � microphone down by tne crotch area where a voice came. This was repeated <br /> several ti:nes_wi_th___tne._fetn�le_ standin$ wi_tY�a_ _s��l_�_QY�r�.n(�_fly�z t.ti�_�r__Q�_�h_ <br /> � area. It shows a f ootage of photographers taking pictures and suggestive <br /> langua�e from the voice in the crotch area which could be readily heard to <br /> � the audience. A� the time the film was 9howing, I was sitting on Blaine <br /> Avenue and Livin_�ston, standi�outside of_ tne sq_uad car. The speakers <br /> were turned up loud enough so as I could hear the individuals in the film <br /> � talkin�• I was joined by Officer Ward� who was off duty, verifying the <br /> fact that the sound was loud enough to be able to be heard in that vicinity. <br /> � SerReant Burmaster was_sittin� _in the drive-in� and several minutes later <br /> I proceeded down to his location. Af'ter walking down several aisles, and <br /> • findin� several of the speakers still turned on at the posts where there <br /> were no vehicles next to them, and also several speakers that were attacned <br /> � to the side of several trucks loud enou�h for me to hear it from outside. <br /> � It should be noted at this time, in regards to the report from 7 "j7, that <br /> the youth that I had talked to previous� nfthat date were asked their age, <br /> � and at least four were the ages oi' 15 and 16 years old. This film is, in <br /> fact, rated "R", and it is sua�ested that no one u.nder the a�e of 17 years <br /> � old be admitted.
