After <br /> � 1'ailing to comply with the third request to enter the vehicles, all <br /> Officers Lhen proceeded to enter the theater �rouniis, parkin� area and <br /> � move inbetween the parked autos informing all persons wno were not in <br /> their vehicles to either �et into their vehicles or the.y would be <br /> �— arrested for dlsorderly conduct and failura to obey a police officer. . <br />� After approximate� 3 minutes o��atr� the� Arounds, all persons were <br /> �" . then into the veYiicles and things were very quiet and persons were very <br />_� capable of_hearin�the outside speakers � and heari� the sounds of t_he <br /> movie as it was being shown on the screen.
