He stated that he did not, and he was very <br /> = posit�ve about this ���t. At this time there wae noth�much more we <br /> could do as the other squads involved had cleared the scene. • <br /> � At approximatel� 1 : 30 a.m. on Ma_� 21 , 1�� , Officer Cheswick, of <br /> this Department and myself antered the Navarre Drive-In once again. At <br /> � this time I observed a �reat ma� beer bottles . beer cans and debris all <br /> over the drive-in. 2�Iany parties were outside of their vehicles drinking, � <br /> � talkinR loudl.y; the speakers were turned u� quite a bit and the the whole <br /> drive-in was in general disarray. As I was driving through the establish- <br /> '� ment� I heard a rock hit the side of my squad car; it was a sma� roc an� <br /> � I don' t believe it did any damage to it. Also, "i'ucking pig" was heard on <br /> two different occasions. We emer�ed frorr� our vehicles, walkir�Q throur�h the <br /> � drive-in, expectin6 people to get back into their cars. We had all we could <br /> do to d�g� the beer b4��1�� th�b�r__�_�n��nd�th��_not strewn al l over <br /> ! the ground.
