My client has four <br /> thoughts in inind: _ - _ <br /> � <br /> 1, Insta�l rocks_ .anto hill below stre�t level. <br />� 2. Expand- iand storage-- <br /> . 3. Cleanup area: <br /> 4. Decrease dock usage <br /> � We do not anticipate storing over 140 boats. <br /> • <br /> Mayor Van Nest asked what the total inventory <br /> � of boats for North Shore Marina was. <br /> � Larry Hork r�plied: 100 for service, 40 for <br /> • sale, or an ultimate number of 160 , including <br /> winter and summer storage. <br /> Mayor Ban Nest asked the applicants if a one to <br /> � one exchange for wet to dry slips would be <br /> acceptable. <br /> � Bruce Douglas replied that the marina could store � <br /> 300 boats but felt that this would degrade the <br /> area and would add to the degrading of the area.
