Park dedication fees being paid. <br /> 2. Title opinion to the City. <br /> � Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> � Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, VARIANCE <br /> read into the record the following request of 2100 Webber Hills Road <br /> � Redfield Homes, 2100 �Vebber Hills Road, for #251 <br /> � a lot area and width variance, dated April 12, 1977: Redfield Homes <br /> � A request for lot area and width variance for <br /> substandard lot in �aebber Hills addition. This <br /> � district is zoned two acres (87,120 sq, ft. ) <br /> with a 200 ' lot width requirement. No sewer <br /> � available. This lot is 45, 292 sq. ft. in area <br /> . and 159 ' wide at proposed location of dwelling. <br /> The proposed location would, however, meet all <br /> � setback requirements (50 ' - 30' - 30' ) . <br /> � Webber Hills Addition is a recently approved <br /> plat. The lots on either side of this subject <br /> � lot contain homes, so there is no other additional <br /> land available. <br /> � <br /> .
