Mr. Olson
will be reviewing these resolutions with Mr. Hork,
as well as other operators, before final Council
 action.
Mayor Van Nest discussed the Lake Minnetonka
 Conservation District regulations on dock
length and the cutback from 300' to 200 ' . Mr.
Henry Muhich, Building & Zoning Administrator,
stated that the City has approved the 200' dock
length regulations.
P4r. Bruce Douglas stated that he and his client
would like to discuss dry stack storage and
felt that they are adequate and meet all City
regulations and they are approved by the Lake
Minnetonka Conservation District and the Depart-
 ment of Natural Resources.
Mr. Hork has purchased these dry stack structures
t a cost of $36,000 and Mr. Hork would like to
ave these constructed as soon as possible.
(Continued)
