Letter of no objection to setback variance <br /> from adjacent neighbors. <br /> � <br /> 3. Percentage of hardcover in Zone 2 . <br /> � <br /> • P1_anning Corunission Mzeting - April 18, 1977 <br /> � I�Ir. Odden presented revised proposal consisting <br /> of expanding garage to 3-stalls located 10 ' from <br /> * side and 10 ' from rear. The third stall would be <br /> used to store the camper. The boat would be <br /> stored in the northeast corner of the lot. The <br /> driveway would be of crushed rock rather than <br /> + blacktop or concrete to eliminate the hardcover <br /> , in Zone 2. He presented a legal opinion to <br /> confirm the easement status on the property. <br /> � The document did not satisfy the Planning <br /> Commission. Also presented written statement <br /> � of approval for the house addition and garage <br /> from the neighbors ,Floyd Engle and Gerald Ray. <br /> � <br /> • The Planning �ommission recommended approval, <br /> subject to providing proof to our City Attorney <br /> ,� indicating there are no easement problems.
